Introducing the ‘You Deserve More’ Annual Awards Program

The objective of introducing an annual awards program to our firm is to recognise and celebrate the contributions of team members across all roles within our firm. The concept is aligned with our core value of empathy and our dedication to 5-star service.

To ensure that the awards reflect our whole team’s perspective and honour those who truly exemplify the firm’s values, winners have been selected by anonymous votes from everyone within our firm.

The Alfred Award

This award honours the individual who best personifies our firm’s brand character, Alfred Pennyworth, with core values of loyalty, empathy, dedication, and compassion.

‘The Alfred’ celebrates a team member who goes above and beyond to create trust and comfort through every interaction, demonstrating a tireless commitment to understanding, supporting, and reassuring clients and colleagues alike.

This person exemplifies the qualities that define HC+A, from kindness and ethical dedication to attentive, thoughtful interactions that foster a positive and supportive environment.

Criteria:

Dino is knowledgeable and excellent at his job. His enthusiasm, sense of humour, and his exceptional service to our clients are exemplary, and he always goes above and beyond to help our clients.

The Torchbearer Award

Honouring a team member who leads with integrity, resilience, and dedication, The Torchbearer Award recognises an individual who embodies our mission by delivering exceptional service to clients and partners outside the firm.

This award celebrates those who anticipate and fulfil client needs, proactively resolve challenges with creative solutions, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism. Through their commitment and initiative, they elevate HC+A’s reputation, building trusted relationships and setting a benchmark for service excellence.

• Demonstrates a proactive, client-focused approach that strengthens the firm’s relationships.

Ben has a very kind and gentle manner about him. He is always friendly and carries a smile with him where ever he goes. Ben’s approach to his work is always calm, collected and professional.

The Keystone Award

This award honours a team member whose reliable, often behind-the-scenes contributions are essential to HC+A’s daily success. The Keystone Award recognises an individual who demonstrates unwavering loyalty, patience, and resilience, providing vital support that enables seamless operations across the firm.

This person strengthens our mission and represents a steadfast commitment to the firm, working quietly yet making a profound impact without seeking recognition.
