Ciltra Henderson

Ciltra is a multi-skilled individual and has over 20 years of experience in managing work related injuries/illness within the State and Federal Workers’ Compensation jurisdiction.

Prior to entering the legal profession, she was self-employed as an Injury Management Specialist. She developed a successful medium to small business that employed approximately over 30 fulltime staff of Allied Health background. She provided consultancy on Employee Assistance Programs, Human Resources, OHS and Workers’ Compensation issues for large to small businesses, government departments and manufacturers. She also provided occupational rehabilitation programs on behalf of the Victorian WorkCover Authority (Worksafe). She has had hands on return to work management of hundreds of physical and psychological related workers’ compensation claims.

In 2006, Ciltra returned to further studies whilst working and she successfully completed a Law Degree to enhance her workers’ compensation skills. Before entering personal injury private practice Ciltra worked as a legal and technical manager for several years for State and Federal Insurers. As an Associate at Henry Carus + Associates, Ciltra practices in multiple jurisdictions including WorkCover, TAC, Public Liability and Comcare. As a personal injury lawyer Ciltra genuinely cares and responsive to her client’s needs. Meeting their expectations is paramount to Ciltra. Challenges do not deter her but instead encourages her knowing that her clients place their trust in her and the firm during their difficult times, and this motivates Ciltra to succeed for them.
