The Story about this TAC Claim

Allison was injured in an motor vehicle accident and come to us for help with her TAC claim. This letter is long overdue. Perhaps it's because it's taken time to let the impetus of improvement to better manifest.

I want to extend sincere gratitude to you, Eren and all of your team for your support in my claim since 2015.

I and deliberately handwriting this, as in the past is was very, very hard to write. I still struggle a bit, it takes longer, but I have continued to push myself and improve. There was a time I nearly couldn't write at all.

I realise that the outcome of my claim is "part of your job" - and of course that is ultimately why there are fees and all that. But I have always felt that I was not "just a number" - and the outcome of my claim literally means changing lives for the better.

After my accident, I felt very isolated, stressed and down - the future was unclear, and as a single mother with 2 young children to support without any family in Australia or supportive partner, was very daunting.

However, I am excited to report that I have returned to work in my chosen field - as a counsellor, what I always wanted to do. I successfully completed my Master's Degree from Manosh, and had my 12 year old daughter attend so she could see anything is possible, despite challenges; that we are resilient and can achieve our goals with hard work, even when it feels the odds are agains us.

Even though I am still working only 3 days per week, its still a huge improvement from being in limbo and feeling deflated over the last 2 years since the accident.

I have also started drawing a bit again, and doing photography, and a little design work. I also update my website, and feeling like life is getting back to normal.

I am also now able to to home to the USA with my children for a long overdue visit - I haven't been home since 2009.

I feel this experience has been a lifesaver in may ways. And has improved the lives of more people. My children will be provide for in the future in a way I could never have before.
