The Story about this Public Liability Claim
Connie was attending to her grocery shopping at her local supermarket, when she accidentally stepped on a piece of lettuce, causing her to slip and fall heavily. As a result, Connie suffered from a number of injuries and found that she was experiencing increasing pain. We endeavoured to hold regular conversations with Connie and her daughter Katrina throughout this process to ensure that we could answer any queries or concerns they might have regarding the claim.
After lengthy correspondence with the insurance company, our team were able to successfully negotiate a resolution to our client’s case without the need for Connie to go through the process of litigation. Connie not only received a settlement that completely reimbursed her for her medical bills, but also a generous amount for the pain and suffering that she experienced due to the fall.
