The Story about this Public Liability Claim

Ian came to us after a fall from his bicycle on a busy road. The accident occurred due to a large pot hole in the road in a crucial spot. He was riding to work at the time so he was able to access immediate medical care by lodging a WorkCover claim. However, the accident occurred not through any fault of his employer. So when Ian visited a number of big firms he was told he had no chance of receiving any compensation. He then came to see Henry Carus who immediately recognised there should not be a large pot hole for cyclists to fall into with the likely result of injury.
