Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility for Contests: Henry Carus + Associates periodically run contests, giveaways and other promotions. These promotions are open only to legal residents of the state of Victoria who are 18 years or older, or who have written consent of a parent or legal guardian. Entrants must also be Australian Citizens who are residing in the state of Victoria at time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Henry Carus + Associates (“Sponsor/Administrator”) and its respective parents, subsidiaries, distributors, licensees and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and execution of these promotions, as well as their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings,and spouses of same) and those living in the same households, are not eligible. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.
