Eligibility for Contests: Henry Carus + Associates periodically run contests, giveaways and other promotions. These promotions are open only to legal residents of the state of Victoria who are 18 years or older, or who have written consent of a parent or legal guardian. Entrants must also be Australian Citizens who are residing in the state of Victoria at time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Henry Carus + Associates (“Sponsor/Administrator”) and its respective parents, subsidiaries, distributors, licensees and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and execution of these promotions, as well as their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, and spouses of same) and those living in the same households, are not eligible. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.

Disclaimers:
• The entrant acknowledges and agrees that if the Prize or Promotion Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation.
• The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner or qualifier, is unable to satisfy the terms or has breached the terms.
• The Promoter has no responsibility to accept late, lost or misdirected entries.
• Prize-winners acknowledge that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and should seek independent financial advice before accepting that prize.
• The promoter is not responsible for any associated expenses incurred by the winner in accessing or carrying out the prize.
• Nothing in the terms limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.

EQ Wellness Retreat Promotion: Entries open Wednesday 25th September 2024 and close at midnight AEST Tuesday 8th October. There are 2 prizes available of $150 Gift Card to EQ Wellbeing, 22 Kings Place, South Melbourne VIC 3205. Winners must enter by following the steps indicated on the competition posts on Henry Carus + Associates (HC+A) Facebook and/or Instagram page only. Winners will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform that they entered via. To claim the prize, winners must reply to the direct message with a contact phone number within 14 days of the message being sent. After which, the winner will be called by a representative of HC+A. Failure to reply within the 14-day period will result in the forfeiture of the prize. Each gift voucher is valid until 31 December 2024 and is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
