The Story about this TAC Claim

Paul was involved in an unusual accident involving a trailer and a loose load not correctly secured to the trailer. Paul kindly went to the assistance of another motorist and unfortunately ended suffering an injury to his arm / bicep which caused him significant pain, affected his ability to work, to provide for his family and to run his business. Paul’s injuries were not immediately considered serious and it was thought they would heal completely. However, with patience and persistence we eventually demonstrated to the TAC that Paul’s injuries were permanent and serious and as such he was entitled to a serious injury certificate and common law damages. Paul’s claim was further complicated by the fact that he did not exchange details with the driver of the trailer. Despite this we were also able to prove to the TAC that the accident was not Paul’s doing and the driver of the trailer was at fault, securing for Paul his common law damages.
