David Halhead

David is a dual-admitted Victorian and UK lawyer with over 18 years of experience in Plaintiff personal injury litigation.

In his role as an Associate Solicitor, David manages a caseload comprising a wide variety of Public Liability, TAC and WorkCover matters.

Having represented injured people in the UK over many years, including claims for the catastrophically injured, and young people with acquired brain injuries, and after moving to Melbourne in 2016, David is delighted to continue to practice Plaintiff personal injury law and help injured people in Victoria obtain the compensation they deserve.
