New Client Support Ambassador

About the Role

An opportunity has become available for a results-driven and motivated individual to join our New Client Support Team (NCST). Reporting to the Communications + Marketing Manager you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding varying monthly targets for new client intake by building rapport and carefully assisting any/all new personal injury clientele.

A comprehensive induction program, including mentoring and on the job training with other successful intake team members will be provided.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify new client intake opportunities and go the extra mile to secure them.
  • Professionally execute scripted intake guidelines and new client management procedures.
  • Ensure all new clients receive prompt, professional service and attention when responding to enquiries.
  • Transcribing accident details professionally and accurately from clients whilst being empathetic throughout.
  • Confer with legal teams to maintain client communication if and when required.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have an enthusiastic can-do attitude, a high-energy approach, fast learning skills, adaptability and motivation to succeed.  You will also need superior organisational skills and be a first-class communicator (both written and verbal).

This role would suit either a law student looking to enter the legal world or a customer service professional looking for a long-term role.

  • For law students, this position will provide you with ‘a foot in the door’, insight on the operations of a law firm, and the opportunity to be exposed to legal matters at inception.
  • For customer service superstars, this role will provide the opportunity to build relationships with our legal team while making significant and long-lasting impact on our clients.
