About the role

An experienced Personal Injury Lawyer is sought to manage the care and conduct of new and established files. Ideally, you will have experience in one of the following areas of law – WorkCover or TAC matters, including statutory benefits disputes, serious injury applications and common law, and/or Public Liability Law.

Our firm prides itself on being aggressive in the pursuit of benefits and compensation on behalf of its clients.  And we are looking for an additional lawyer to our growing law practice who is willing to seek the best possible outcomes in an expanding portfolio of interesting and challenging cases.

At first you will have the opportunity to focus on your core skills in your area of expertise.  With time, you will be given the opportunity to expand your overall knowledge of the law, with the handling of claims in other areas of the personal injury sector.

We have clients from all over the world and most of our staff have a second language. We see a second language as a wonderful advantage, and one that enhances the overall cosmopolitan work atmosphere of our firm. Whilst a second language is a bonus, it’s not essential.
