About the Role

An opportunity has become available for a results-driven and motivated individual to join our New Client Support Team (NCST). Reporting to the Communications + Marketing Manager you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding varying monthly targets for new client intake by building rapport and carefully assisting any/all new personal injury clientele.

A comprehensive induction program, including mentoring and on the job training with other successful intake team members will be provided.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Proactively identify and pursue new client intake opportunities, going above and beyond to secure their engagement.
  • Conduct client intakes in line with scripted guidelines and established new client management procedures.
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and compassionate service to all new client enquiries.
  • Accurately and empathetically transcribe client-provided accident and incident details.
  • Liaise with legal teams to ensure clear, consistent communication with new clients where required.
  • Complete a range of administrative follow-up tasks to support the onboarding process, ensuring clients have all relevant information and feel confident in the next steps.
