The Story about this TAC Claim

In 2017 Andrea’s life was turned upside down when Victor, her beloved husband of 30 years, tragically passed away in a transport accident through no fault of his own.

Shortly after the accident, Andrea reached out to our firm to explore her potential TAC dependency entitlements.
