The Story about this Public Liability Claim

Arty is a lovely woman who works hard and is the main breadwinner of her family.

One night, she was attending a concert with her husband and a group of friends.

What was supposed to be a fun night out, unfortunately turned into an accident.

Arty slipped and fell at the concert. As a result, she sustained serious injury to her knee.

We formed the view that the owner of the premises and the concert organizer were at fault for a number of reasons.

They allowed flowers to be thrown towards the stage, creating a slipping hazard to those patrons of the concert moving about near the stage without putting in any measures to safeguard that area.

We undertook extensive investigations including learning that the same concert promoter had been sued in a prior claim, for exactly the same negligent conduct.

We managed to resolve Arty’s claim without going to a hearing.

After attending an event in May of 2016, I slipped on a wet surface that was not being properly maintained by the vendor and sustained a very serious injury to my right knee. This is resulted in a fracture and complete Ach rupture and i 'm consequently looking at a total knee replacement over the next 3-4 years.
