The Story about this TAC Claim
Bridie came to us after she was injured when using her local bus service. The accident occurred when she was thrown forward when the bus suddenly took off before she could sit down. She suffered a painful injury to her left wrist. The injury also caused her to lose her independence. She had trouble doing all the things she did herself before the injury, her gardening, shopping, cleaning, ironing and all her daily activities. We asked the TAC to agree that Bridie’s injuries were serious to her and had a serious injury on her life. We asked the TAC to consider that she was entitled to a serious injury certificate and, with it access to common law damages. We obtained medical reports to support her claim, to show the extent of the injury. The TAC then agreed to compensation Bridie for her pain and suffering. When a great result was achieved, Bridie wrote to us to express her thanks for our support throughout the entire process.
Actual Client Testimonial.
I was injured when I went to catch my local bus to my local shopping centre. As I went to sit down the bus took off and I went forward and fractured my wrist.
I did not know what to do so I contacted a law firm. They did not contact me, or assist me, and I lost faith in them. Then I saw an ad in the senior's magazine for Henry Carus + Associates.
I immediately rand up and found them to be very helpful from that time in every way.
I am very pleased with their service. I could not have received any more support emotionally, and with their legal advice, they are caring, understanding, everything you need. They care for you as a human being.
They were very supportive, and the process went quickly, and I would highly recommend anyone that is having a bit of trouble to contact Henry Carus.Learn More About People We've Helped
