The Story about this TAC Claim

Whilst engaging in a favorite past time, a long bike ride, DP was injured. The accident happened when the driver of a motor vehicle opened his door causing DP to collide with the door and suffer a number of serious injuries. Some of these injuries were immediately evident, but others that proved very serious only developed with time. DP made a claim with the TAC and received the normal medical related and income related benefits. As to getting compensation for the loss of the quality of his life and his inability to return to work with his beloved employer of over 33 years, we advised him that it was best to wait a bit.
