The Story about this TAC Claim

Daniel migrated to Australia looking to improve his English but was unable to find work in his desired profession as his overseas qualifications were not recognised here. Whilst attending ELICOS to improve his qualifications, Daniel’s aspirations were suddenly interrupted by the injuries suffered as a result of a transport accident.

The TAC initially disputed his economic loss claim, arguing that his current skills were transferable in the open labour market within sedentary occupations. We were able to challenge this view and persuade the TAC that his claim did consist of pain and suffering as well as future loss of earnings capacity.

Here is Daniel’s response to what we were able to achieve for him:

Actual Client Testimonial.

My lawyer Ciltra is an extraordinary individual she understood my plights and hardship. She really impressed me with her unwavering dedication and expert legal guidance. Her sharp legal mind and compassionate heart have made all the difference.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you Ciltra for being there for me every step of the way, the settlement I received was truly beyond my expectation. Words cannot express my gratitude for everything Ciltra and Henry Carus done for me. Their outstanding professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to justice have been nothing short of remarkable.

I also like to thank Ciltra’s assistant Sakina for all her help.
