The Story about this WorkCover Claim

Our gracious client David sought our teams assistance after suffering a serious spinal injury at work in 2017. One of the biggest impacts David’s injury had on his life, aside from the time spent in surgery and rehabilitation thereafter, was losing his ability to work in his chosen profession, which he loved.

Unfortunately, after lodging a workers compensation insurance claim, the Victorian WorkCover Authority sought to dispute David’s claim at court, leaving David in an unfamiliar and uncertain position.
