Jennifer came to us after she had a fall outside of a hotel she visited regularly. Jennifer’s injury occurred as she was leaving the hotel via a pedestrian ramp. As a result of her injury Jennifer had to have surgery to her knee. After her injury Jennifer could not take care of her grandchildren or enjoy her retirement activities – both of which she had been doing prior to the accident.
