The Story about this TAC Claim

Luis was injured in a transport accident while driving with his son and grandsons. A car travelling in the opposite direction entered his lane and collided head on, with most of the impact on the driver’s side. Luis was trapped for about 25 minutes before he was removed from the car and rushed to hospital. He suffered extensive injuries, including a head injury and fractures to both legs. He required several surgeries and months of rehabilitation.

Luis was active before his accident, working 20 hours per week in a cleaning role and hiking mountains in Chile. The accident had a great impact on his life and that of his family. We were able to gain compensation at a conference with the TAC before commencing court proceedings.
