The Story about this TAC Claim
In December 2017, Peter was hit by a Ute as he was driving home after playing golf. A 4WD driver failed to give way hit and rear-ended back of a Ute. The Ute then hit Peter’s car resulting in a T-bone collision at the intersection. As a result of the transport accident Peter suffered multiple injuries.
Peter is in late 70’s a passionate golf player. Peter was open and transparent with his instructions about returning to some of his pre transport accident enjoyment of life activities. The TAC’s interpreted that Peter was not seriously injured given his return to some of his social and recreational activities. However, it reviewed their opinion after a face-to-face zoom meeting and granted him as Serious Injury Certificate.
Peter’s Common Law claim was resolve on the same day and here is what Peter said about his experience with Henry Carus and Associates. Even though Peter’s claim now resolved we will miss Peter and hope to keep in touch with him.
Actual Client Testimonial.
Dear Henry and Associates,
How do you manage to get a bunch of people who work so professionally, honestly and effeciently together!?
Anyway from my wife and myself we wish to thank you sincerely and all involved, particularly Ciltra our wonderful lawyer who guided us every step of the way, for a successful outcome of my MCA case. She left no stone unturned, we placed our implicit trust in her. This had not been our experience in the past with other firms I can assure you.
Compared to our experiences in the past with other lawyers we are so glad that your firm and your lawyer handled my case. Your firm was chosen at random from the internet with no prior knowledge of how you worked or who would handle my case, which was a stressful experience, however, we never regretted our decision and choice. We would highly recommend the services of your firm with out reservations.
We thank you for the efficient, positive and professional manner in which I was looked after over nearly 5 years of dealing with the TAC.
Everyone we had to speak to were so kind, cheerful and patient with all our questions and dealing with our anxiety etc., nothing was too much trouble. All the staff behind the scenes, starting with Ciltra’s assistant Sakina, the staff at the switchboard and everyone concerned we thank you all very much. We are happy with the outcome which was satisfactorily concluded a few weeks ago. Thank you all very much indeed.
With our best wishes and may you be Blessed abundantly.
