The Story about this TAC Claim

Robert and Margaret were outside their home, when a woman they knew as a neighbour appeared quite distressed. Margaret went to her aid, and at the same time, a man driving a car came out of a nearby home, and went straight for them. Margaret went to protect the woman but in the end was seriously injured. Robert watched the event unfold and went to his wife’s aid only to also find himself seriously injured. Both were also severely traumatized by the event. The man was criminal prosecuted and convicted, and TAC serious injury certificates for Robert and Margaret followed. We covered all the ground to reflect the overall destruction of their lives following this event, and as such the TAC as the insurer for the convicted driver was hopeful to resolve the matter quickly.
