The Story about this TAC Claim

Tracy had just picked up her daughter from school when her car was struck from the side and she was pushed across three lanes onto the opposite side of the dual carriageway.

She could not recall much of the accident except for an incredibly loud noise and being violently shook before coming to an abrupt stop on the wrong side of the road. Both Tracy and her daughter were injured in this accident.

At the time of the accident, Tracy was going to commence working full-time but unfortunately due to the injuries sustained, she has been unable to return to work. Henry Carus + Associates immediately got to work and assisted Tracy with a claim for her pain and suffering and for her future loss of earnings.
