The Story about this Public Liability Claim

On the day of her accident, Ursula was catching up with close friends at a café.

After paying, she was the first to exit the café, when she missed two steps down at the exit and fell.

My name is Ursula; I went to Henry Carus after I had a fall in a café. My friend and I went to a café. When I left the café, I was the first to go out and I didn’t know that the café had two steps in between slabs of cement. I had a fall.

I was still working at the time. I had retrained to be a carer.

I went to all the appropriate doctors and physios, but there was not much anybody could do.
