Michael Constable

Michael joined Henry Carus + Associates in 2014 as a trainee lawyer. As a long-term staff member, he truly understands the core values of our firm which focus on personal service and maximising outcomes for clients.

Michael holds an Arts degree from the University of Melbourne and a Law degree from LaTrobe University.

Since leaving university, he has worked exclusively in personal injury and in June 2019 Michael admitted as a lawyer. His experience ranges across TAC, VWA and Public Liability matters, with an emphasis on his TAC portfolio.

He is responsible for statutory benefits disputes, serious injury applications and common law damages claims from VCAT and the Magistrates Court, through to the County and Supreme Courts.

Michael has represented a number of clients who have sustained catastrophic injuries in transport accidents, as well as minors or people with a disability who are represented by litigation guardians. These claims can be challenging and delicate to manage, but his experience allows him to handle them with confidence.

Outside of work Michael enjoys playing piano and heading out for a hit of tennis whenever the Melbourne weather allows.
