Peta Gould

Peta is our Head of People Management. She has a demonstrated history of working within the legal industry and is skilled in negotiation, HR consulting, HR policies, legal writing, and management.

As an HR Generalist she maintains the complete HR function for our law firm. Peta is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating functions related to the firm’s employees and contractors. She develops, implements, and maintains human resource policies, procedures; support other managers and employees with personnel issues and maintains all compliance matters in accordance with regulatory requirements. With an extensive recruiting background, Peta manages all end to end recruiting from office services to senior lawyers. Workforce planning and team operations management is also substantial part of her function together with coordinating special projects.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and visiting her home away from home in the country.
